Parents here are loving classroomparent but still want a hard copy to take in the car. A cell phone app would be fabulous.

Would like the ability to incorporate existing groups when creating a new group. When I create a new group I would like to be able to add an existing group (if I have the right/permission level), and all it's members, to the new group. This way I would not have to go thru and look up all the individuals in each of the groups and add them individually to the new group. An addition feature might be that if a group changed, any groups that that group is apart of also changes.

It would be nice if there was a form available to print for each student who has a bad/invalid email address. This form could then be sent home with the student so that the parents could make the correction. Basically the same process that is currently in place for "Students Without Parents Form".

Another nice feature would be if links for this new form, and the existing "Students Without Parents" form were placed under the ADMIN, TOOLS section so that reports are all accessible from one location.

Some parents have email they use at work and another they use at home, but may not have access to one while at the other.

Allowing parents to enter more than one email address would mean that they could get messages at both work and home.

Subscribe to www.EdLine.com and provide it as a resource link on the website. This would allow students and parents to experience more transparency in the assignment and text grade recording process. EdLine has been a useful tool in other public schools in this state.

The Nominating Committee would like to write notes as it tracks open PTA offices.

We have a static set of committees that do not change from year to year. Under the PTA tab it would be nice to have those committees listed and be able to assign one or more contact names. Alleviates the need to remove all of the Committee Chair entries and re-enter with new info each school year. Also allows us to alphabetize the list.

While working at the committee levels during the planning process for an event or activity dates and material are shared. However once everything is finalized would like the ability to "promote" that event or material to other groups or to the PTA level where it can be pushed out to all parents. This way would not have to re-enter the events and materials.

When parents go to either the school page or the classroom page it would be great to have an option to email a bus note to the teacher which would automatically cc: the office administrator.

I’d love to have a receipt emailed to PTA members when they are added to the PTA list, either manually or when they pay online. Ideally it would be from the PTA (not paypal), thank them for joining and provide the FEIN for tax purposes (charitable contribution). This would be huge in eliminating extra work and keeping donors well-informed and happy.

Right now, when you enter text for an event or message, it seems that all of the spacing gets stripped out when it is posted or emailed. For longer text, this hurts readability. It would be great if the text appears just as you type it in the field--with hard returns between lines and spaces between paragraphs.

Even better would be a WYSIWYG interface to allow users to format messages and publish in HTML.
